Data management:
• Upload/ Update/Manage data by using related tools
• Update and maintain master data of sales/volume/stock… across all channels
• Monitor and run auto reports daily and/or weekly
• Adjust/change the reports based on business needs
• Follow up errors, troubleshooting with data
Trade Programs & Operations (all level wholesales/retailer outlets):
• Assign the tasks/job list on trade programs (promotions, display, RTM activities…)
• Implement, audit management, execution all programs
• Report, analyst and follow up on issues
Stock management / Market Intelligent:
• Stock level tracking and alert for any risk
• LOGD monitoring across all channels
• Collect information from competitors and involve in following re-action proposal
Teamwork:
• Build relationship with sales and other functions to make sure sales support activities are under controlling
• Liaise with vendors, 3rd parties… to collect info, data on time
• Meeting organization & minute deliverable

Experienced in supporting Commercial applications.
Experienced in data analysis, reports creation using Excel and related Microsoft tools.
Familiar with trade marketing, sales and distribution concepts
English skills: Good
